Delete your Aqal account

You can delete your Aqal account and everything saved with it at any time.

In the app (fastest)

Open Aqal and tap the gear at the top right.
Tap Delete my account, under your email address.
Type DELETE and confirm.

Without the app

Email parvase1987@gmail.com from the email address you use for Aqal, with the subject "Delete my Aqal account". We delete it within 7 days and reply when it's done.

What is deleted

Your account: email address, and your name if you signed in with Google.
Your progress: lessons, streak, XP, daily goal, settings, saved words and Ayat.
Your lesson statistics, your Premium status and any free-access requests.

Problem reports you sent stay, with your account removed from them, so we can still fix what you reported.

If you have Premium

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play: Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Aqal.
